Carrying weapons

There is an uncited statement in the article that members of the State Guard are "not authorized to carry weapons". This does not state what their rights or privileges are as ordinary citizens, in a state where both open and concealed carry are permitted. Without a citation, or clarification wrt duty status, this statement is dubious. - Brianhe (talk) 11:22, 31 July 2016 (UTC)Reply
