Part of Wikipedia?

[edit]

Is it part of wikipedia? I think this answer should be explicitly put somewhere in the article. After looking a bit I'm assuming it is not. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.11.50.23 (talk) 06:36, 22 June 2010 (UTC)Reply

Criticism (lack of)

[edit]

The Wapedia page sounds a bit like an advertisement. There should be a section on criticism, like the difficulty reading a Wikipedia page through a tiny screen. =D Jumping cheese Contact 20:45, 28 June 2006 (UTC)Reply

on the other hand I came here trying to figure out what was wapedia, and the page provided a satisfactory answer...jackbrown
I agree with Jackbrown: The article does describe what Wapedia is about. I also think that the difficulty of reading Wikipedia pages through a tiny screen is not the fault of Wapedia, but rather due to the fact that the screen is tiny. Wapedia just provides a means to view Wikipedia. I don’t think that the article necessarily needs a criticism section, but it could do with a little more content about Wapedia's history. --Daleh 11:15, 25 July 2007 (UTC)Reply

mobile.answers.com

[edit]

I'd make some mention of competing services like mobile.answers.com. Mathiastck 00:26, 30 August 2006 (UTC)Reply

You can do this on Wikipedia:WAP access --Florian.A 10:01, 1 September 2006 (UTC)Reply
Great idea, I'll add a See Also section for Wikipedia:WAP access. Mathiastck 02:55, 27 September 2007 (UTC)Reply

In The News

[edit]

On Wapedia, the link In The News has been a bad link for quite some time. Who needs to be contacted about this? Kwyjibear 17:15, 26 January 2007 (UTC)Reply

Added section in Wikipedia page linking to this page.

[edit]

I have added a section in the Wikipedia page that links to this page. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Pep1863 (talkcontribs) 20:15, 24 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
