Primary sources

Perhaps this article could be further expanded by contact some of the former employees as listed at the Radio Broadcast History - Radio People site. This station has been on the air since 1941, there should be plenty of useful primary and secondary sources available. - Dravecky (talk) 02:32, 24 January 2008 (UTC)Reply

Hello

[edit]

Hello, this is Rick Stewart a.k.a. Ranger Rick Stewart a.k.a. BIG STU

I worked at WALG in the early 80's Although I was only part time, I did get to work with some of the greats in WALG radio. Dave Miller gave me my first radio job at the age of 16. I then met greats like Bill Young and Steve Preston. I thought I hit the BIG time when I started working with Chuck Bear @ WJAD 97 ROCK. I then left Albany to California, Washington, Sacramento, Boise and most towns in between. Thanks you Dave Miller for my first shot. - 173.198.180.166 (relocated text from article to talk page Dravecky (talk) 16:01, 6 July 2014 (UTC))Reply
