2013 WAFF Championship details?

There seems to be a complete absence on any information on this competition, apart from this mention in the Times of Oman, 13 November 2013 (not able to be archived, unfortunately), which says:
Group A: Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Palestine.
Group B: Oman, Bahrain, Iraq.
Group C: Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon and Yemen;
and there's a mention in | this article in the Blizzard, 8 Feb 2019, about Hakeem al-Araibi and the background to his arrest, saying "Hakeem travelled with the national team to Qatar at the end of 2013 for the West Asian Football Federation Championship. Shortly after Bahrain’s 0-0 draw with Iraq...". I leave this here for someone else to research further sometime, having only stumbled across this article while busy with something else.
