fruit color

[edit]

Fruit color is stated as black, but two of the pics show green fruit. Is the green ones simply not ripe or is there heterogeneity in color or perhaps an identification error? The leaves and fruit (darker ones) look very much like BETA, which is a very common Concord x Carver cross of Eastern US origin. Are these differentiated by any clear morphology or do botanists just rely on SSR or other DNA test?  Preceding unsigned comment added by 89.160.53.94 (talk) 06:38, 27 April 2022 (UTC)Reply
