Opposition?
[edit]The article does a good job of explaining the benefits of visitability and the arguments made by advocates of the policy. However it does not cover the public response to the movement. Clearly not everyone agrees with these ideas, or these changes would have been implemented already. Do some people object to the idea of government standards for private homes? What are the costs involved? Is that the movement widespread enough to have engendered a response at all?
