Nothing about Islamophobia?

[edit]

Much of his X posts consist of nothing more than Islamophobic conspiracy theories in the UK… Catofminerva (talk) 16:21, 16 September 2025 (UTC)Reply

"Islamophobia" isn't real. Dislike of muslims and islam is based on their actions. ~2026-40442-56 (talk) 19:03, 19 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
And dislike of Wikipedia and Wikipedia editors is based on their actions. Your sentence makes just as much sense as mine. Inpops (talk) 19:23, 18 August 2026 (UTC)Reply

Hey so im a libertarian myself and the idea of libertarian authoritarian is an oxymoron, libertarianism is ANTI authoritarian, so just remove either the libertarian or authritarian. but it really sounds like he is a corpratist which is a mix of capitalism and the state, where the state owns the buisness and the private sector runs it WmtLiam (talk) 13:54, 5 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Not done: See our article on Libertarian authoritarianism: it's a real and increasingly prominent political ideology. Day Creature (talk) 16:14, 5 April 2026 (UTC)Reply

Misleading Title, making Wikipedia look Untrustworthy

[edit]

I feel this article would do a better, more accurate job if it was labeled something like "Controversial Views of Elon Musk".

As it stands, it's more a list of points that left leaning, politically interested individuals in the West would like to use in a debate on his character. His overarching positive missions, a stated by himself, are hardly mentioned, but an off-the-cuff remark on Twitter gets a whole section.

For anybody outside the West, this will seem very strange. And, consequentially, will lessen their trust in Wikipedia as a neutral source of balanced information. Torstein543 (talk) 21:17, 16 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

The title of the article needs refinement. As it stands it is almost fully negatively slanted. Any positive views are withheld or diminished. As such I propose the article be renamed "Controversial views of Elon Musk". Torstein543 (talk) 21:27, 16 September 2026 (UTC)Reply

Not done: to request a page move, follow the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves. Also, we try to keep a neutral point of view and "controversial" is usually not neutral. AlphaBetaDeltaLambda(αβδλ)talk 21:35, 16 September 2026 (UTC)Reply
