I don't see anything to support this assertion in the linked articles. They haven't done it, and the article only talks about plans. I see "When built, the company says the launch vehicle will be capable of putting a 50 kg payload into Low-Earth Orbit (LEO)"; that's a plan for a capability, not an existing one. Contradiction
[edit]Disputing the reusability/recovery of the launcher. Both Vector-H and Vector-R articles state they are expendable. Rowan Forest (talk) 19:49, 27 October 2018 (UTC)
