I think the referenced page algebraic data type is a more standard definition than the one shown on this page. At the very least, someone should add a disambiguation page. Espertus (talk) 19:42, 30 October 2010 (UTC)
This article is in a bad state
[edit]It is a mix of the ideas already contained in algebraic data type and tagged union (which even says that tagged union is a synonym of variant), with an immense focus on Visual Basic variants. It is not clear to me what changes are needed here. Maybe this is just a merge into tagged union? BernardoSulzbach (talk) 16:37, 3 July 2021 (UTC)
