- WP:MOS for Canadian places, as expanded upon at WP:CANSTYLE, is "undisambiguated unless evidence of actual ambiguity (not theoretical) can actually be provided". Hence, not controversial, and unless actual evidence of an actual other topic for this name can be provided, support move. Bearcat (talk) 17:16, 17 May 2009 (UTC)
- Comment: there's apparently some use of the term in Spokane Valley, though I'm not sure how widespread it is; it's certainly not an official/registered name. The term may also be used in Africa, though the only uses I've found so far are "Great Rift Valley East" (that is, as part of another name). Others can be ignored for this discussion, such as Don Valley East and Fraser Valley East. Mindmatrix 03:24, 18 May 2009 (UTC)
