King's Manor

[edit]

Given the University is moving out of King's Manor, it makes sense that the references to it are removed from the article. However, I can't find any information on if it has closed already; the University's website still just states they're in the process of moving out, but that it can still be used as a library study space in the meantime. As such, I think it should still be present until that changes.

In addition, I do think it warrants a mention in the history of the library when the move out is complete (I'd imagine a sentence would do).

I made this a discussion point for two reasons: 1. I wanted to check if this is reasonable rather than get into a possible edit war. 2. I'm not very experienced in editing Wikipedia, so this seemed like good practice for making talk posts :)

Thanks!

That all sounds like a good plan. As you say a sentence will do on it's closure. If I can find a source for when it opened I'll add that separately, but I am not actually aware of when that was. Stuart Newmanite (talk) 15:59, 13 October 2025 (UTC)Reply
