Um...

Well, what the heck is it? I had no idea what this thing was before I read the article, but now that I've read it I, umm... well I still don't have any idea of what it is. I realize this is just a stub and isn't likely to grow into a full-fledged article anytime soon, but we need more of a description that just "a toy".
