Civilian service as a tug named Seahorse

There was a much larger tug and/or workboat names M/V Reliant Seahorse which collided with the M/V Alaska and sank. This was not the same vessel as this one; see:

Was this tug scrapped or later used as a civilian tug? See:
It's also possible that it was purchased in a for scrap status then used anyway; looking at this link:
it's possible that there may not be a U.S. Navy disposal category for civilian use. --A. B. (talk)
