• Feels that the lead is a little light for this article, consider beefing up the existing para.
• "and the amount of Bofors" the number of
• "Washington under" comma after Washington.
• "under lend-lease" our article seems to call this Lend-Lease, a formal title for that policy.
• "Navy.. As a " one too many full stops.
• Check image captions. They mainly seem to be fragments, not sentences, so they don't need a full stop.
• "Virginia on 16" comma after Virginia.
• "without much luck" not particularly encyclopedic tone.
• "BuNo 24295" what is that?
• "Lt. Cdr. H." this rank is abbreviated, no others seem to be.
• What is LTJG?
• And FKpt. ?
• "Martin PBM Mariner flying boat that" flying boat is overlinked.
• "External links" fix font size.
