Pictures of sculptures - discuss per WP:BRD - my additions have been reverted, discussion please.

[edit]

In the "Arts" section I added two illustrations of major artworks in and at the entrance of Trinity Leeds but both have been removed, one with the comment "Picture is not especially illustrative" (it's a picture of The Briggate Minerva, showing her clearly), and the other reverted to the previous general view of the centre (I'd added a closeup of Altus Equus) with "Original picture showed more of centre and was better representatives of the subject matter". I believe both these illustrations are worthwhile additions to the article. Any thoughts from other editors? PamD 18:03, 17 May 2013 (UTC)Reply

Article contains a lot of future-tense wording (written prior to opening), will of course assist in updating. Also agree with PamD. Xenomm (talk) 20:53, 2 September 2013 (UTC)Reply

Hello all. I worked on the construction of Trinity East and refurb of West, I have many original photographs I took during construction. If they are of interest, let me know here and I'll check back later when i'm at home (and logged in to Wikipedia). I also have some of the Church, taken from roof level from the shopping centre. 135.196.157.83 (talk) 11:31, 28 January 2014 (UTC) Fezzy WezzyReply

PS - Also have many, many detailed drawings of the place, including many of the original project before it was revised. 135.196.157.83 (talk) 11:33, 28 January 2014 (UTC) FWReply
