Propose merger with Transpiration

This article totally fails to justify its separate existence from Transpiration. In addition its content is naive, unsourced and often plainly wrong. I suggest that the concept of a transpiration stream can be defined in just a few words in the Transpiration article, and therefore propose that any useful content here (not a lot) is moved there.
