This needs disambiguation. There are four things with similar names:

This single by The Blue Hearts.
The album with the same name, which has an article at Train-Train (album).
A manga by Eiki Eiki called Train-Train, which does not have an article.
Another manga, Train+Train, by Hideyuki Kurata and Tomomasa Takuma, which has a Wiki article.
