TQL Losing Overtime Lawsuit 2023

In 2023 a legal ruling was placed against TQL awarding a decision that they had misclassified their employees as "exempt" to avoid paying overtime. An OH judge ruled against TQL, and damages are currently being assessed. The case cited employees were strongly encourage to work 20+ hours above a standard work week, along with taking calls at evenings, and attending after work training, and working on Saturdays mandatorily. 135.84.115.66 (talk) 20:42, 8 March 2024 (UTC)Reply
