Proposal to merge Toronto Arenas into Toronto Maple Leafs

I propose merging this article into Toronto Maple Leafs.

Rationale:

Redundancy: The Arenas' history and their 1918 championship are already fully documented in the Maple Leafs' article.
Continuity: Since the Arenas represent the franchise's start, merging this content eliminates duplication and keeps the chronological history in one place.
