The first 'sentence' in the lede is not a sentence, it's a fragment. It appears that the last part -- after "currently" -- is missing. Since I don't know the missing part, I don't want to "edit" it. The easiest fix right now is taking the "currently" out and putting a period immediately after "Flint, Michigan"; then there'll be a complete sentence.
