I'm surprised nobody has mentioned or listed emo as even a secondary genre for Title Fight. They are renowned in the emo scene and I'm sure there are several articles that mention them as such. 180.150.112.105 (talk) 10:31, 9 April 2024 (UTC)Reply

The musical style section claims that Title Fight has been described as "soft grunge." This feels weird to me. The only source I can find for this is the sole Kerrang article already cited in the article, and a cursory google search makes it obvious that "soft grunge" is not a clearly defined or widely recognized genre. Am I wrong in thinking that this should be omitted? On top of the Kerrang article, here's two additional sources calling them soft grunge: Metalsucks and Stereogum. All three actually citing them as one of the most important bands in the style. And soft grunge is well defined as a genre, it refers to the specific style of bands in the 2010s who came from the then-intertwined pop punk and emo scene who were making music influenced by 90s alt rock and shoegaze (Entertainment Weekly cite), a sound which Title Fight basically started.
