I believe this is a different Timothy Shea. The DOJ press release states the indicted Timothy Shea is 49 years old and from Colorado. This Timothy Shea is 59 according to this WaPo article: https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/legal-issues/us-attorney-timothy-sheas-role-in-roger-stone-sentencing-storm-remains-in-question/2020/02/14/947c6c30-4dc8-11ea-9b5c-eac5b16dafaa_story.html and he is from Mass. Ah, thanks -- good catch. Bannon and Kolfage being involved makes sens, but not the DEA Admin, etc. The first "breaking news" article on the Bannon indictment I saw this morning was from CNBC, and they made the false Timothy Shea connection.
