This band qualifies as notable on criterion 1: "It has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent from the musician or ensemble itself and reliable." There are multiple reviews of the band from reliable sources which can be found by a simple Google search. The band also already have an article on the Welsh language Wikipedia.
