The only post credits scene I can remember (off the top of my head) is the one where Mageina Tovah as the usher kicks all the pirates out of the cinema. Arinid (talk) 19:05, 7 December 2019 (UTC) If it's necessary to put the name of a film, novel, television series, video game, or album, in italics (e.g. Harry Potter, Star Wars, SpongeBob SquarePants, Angry Birds, and The E.N.D.), why do you do it for things that tell you what they are in the name, so you do not have to italicize it (e.g. The Angry Birds Movie and The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie)?

I'm not trying to judge you, but I just hate it when I see a film name with "the" and/or "movie" in it italicized; it just looks unnecessary.

If you don't have another option and would like me to give you one, I can.

A: If the film is based on something else and just adds "the movie" (or some other variant) to it, just remove "the movie" from the title and rename the film's Wikipedia page so that it ends with "(film)" (e.g. The Angry Birds Movie becomes simply "Angry Birds" and "Angry Birds (film)" and The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie becomes simply "SpongeBob SquarePants" and "SpongeBob SquarePants (film)"). Then, after you introduce the film, go in parentheses "promoted as The Angry Birds Movie/The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie". This also applies if the film isn't based on something else (e.g. The Lego Movie, which becomes simply "Lego", "Lego (2014 film)" as I prefer, and "promoted as The Lego Movie").

B: If the film is based on something else and removes some parts of the name of what it's based on (e.g. The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water and My Little Pony: The Movie), make it so that the name has the full name of what it's based on (e.g. The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water becomes "SpongeBob SquarePants: Sponge Out of Water" and My Little Pony: The Movie becomes "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic" and "My Little Pony: Friendship Is Magic (film)"). Then, after you introduce the film, go in parentheses "stylized and promoted as The SpongeBob Movie: Sponge Out of Water/My Little Pony: The Movie"

I have gathered information from reliable sources of the recent fan project The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Rehydrated; however, I am not sure where I should place it in the article, as there is no Legacy section.

In honor of Stephen Hillenburg, a non-profit fan-made project, titled The SpongeBob SquarePants Movie Rehydrated, was released online on May 1, 2022. It consists of a recreation of the movie animated by 300 animators with re-recorded music and dialogue. Amid the YouTube premiere, the video was taken down by Paramount Global due to copyright laws. As a result, the hashtag #JusticeForSpongeBob became trending on Twitter against Paramount's action. The video was restored the following day.

The "Cast" section needs to be renovated

Hi, I've seen the article and overall it's not bad at all, but the "Cast" section has several problems. First, it has no references, which makes it an original research section. The other thing is that it doesn't have a summary of the characters and the role they play in the movie. Even though I know they are the same as in the series and there is a list of characters, the summary should still be done so that the section doesn't become bland. FYI- source(s) are not needed for every single cast member/film character. The film itself would be a primary source and cast credits can be taken from there directly. As per MOS:FILMCAST, the citation(s) would moreso be needed for things such as a character's common name or for uncredited roles. In the case of this article, the sourcing would likely moreso be needed for the sentences of prose text below the cast list itself. Tom Kenny voicing SpongeBob, Bill Fagerbakke voicing Patrick, etc. does not need to be sourced, as we're using the primary source of the film and it is fine without sourcing there.

And taking a look at the credits, it appears the most, if not, all the information from the cast section is all indeed listed in the credits. So going back to the originally mentioned issue of, "...it has no references, which makes it an original research section."- that is incorrect. As stated at MOS:FILMPLOT: "...films are primary sources for their articles...". Also note that adding the film/primary source citation for every cast entry would simple just be citation overkill.

• Oppose. I realized you are the user who requested moving No Time to Spy: A Loud House Movie to No Time to Spy. I do not understand how that necessarily improves things. As similar to the case with The Loud House article, the full names are what ARE the official titles of the film and as Wikipedia:NCFILM states:

In general, article titles should use the official title of the film as indicated by its billing block, MPAA certificate, press releases, copyright agencies, the Library of Congress, the BFI catalog, the AFI catalog, etc.

These names appear on merchandise, news articles, press releases, and the various official registries linked by Wikipedia:NCFilm. Removing subtitles, even those used for brand recognition, is something that is almost never done with film series' even the larger ones e.g Mission Impossible, Pirates of the Caribbean, Ice Age, Star Wars (except for the original trilogy sequels, which official names indeed do not have the "Star Wars" subtitle). I do not see how removing the subtitle for brand recognition helps the visibility for films belonging to properties less popular than the ones listed, especially Loud House. Animated or live-action animated?

The article's lead currently states that the film is animated. This is mostly true, as the film is primarily animated but additionally employing uses of full live-action as well as live-action animation. @~2025-42269-68 recently changed it to "animated/live-action", which I don't believe should be used as it breaks guidelines such as MOS:/ ("avoid joining two words with a slash, because it suggests that the words are related without specifying how").
