Removal of mentions of lawsuits

[edit]

Cvita , Why was the mention of lawsuits removed from the article? Are they no longer relevant in some way?

Merger proposal - New York Clearing House

[edit]

This article and the New York Clearing House address the same entity and should be merged.WikiDorset (talk) 21:37, 3 April 2017 (UTC)Reply

...On July 1, 2004, The New York Clearing House Association announced that all of its affiliates, including The Clearing House Service Company L. L. C. (another affiliate that had been providing the computer and processing support to CHIPS under a long-term service agreement) were merged into a single payments company - The Clearing House Payments Company L. L. C. At the same time, the New York Clearing House Association officially changed its name to The Clearing House Association L. L. C. See News Release of The Clearing House (July 1, 2004).

Maybe one or two more collaborating references out there, but I have no doubt that CHA is the successor to NYCHA. Gosgood (talk) 00:53, 18 May 2018 (UTC)Reply
