Thatta Sarkar should not be inluded with the Thatta Subah

@Veritasphere I would like to point out that the inclusion of Thatta Sarkar does not belong here. It was an administrative subdivision, first under Multan Subah and later under Thatta Subah, and should be covered in a separate article rather than merged into this one.
