Beltways in Texas

The article says that Loop 289 is one of only three complete beltways in Texas, but it doesn't list I-410 in San Antonio as being one of them; yet I-410 completely circumnavigates San Antonio. Does I-410 not count because of its brief concurrency with I-35 on the northeast side of town? --JoBrLa (talk) 11:52, 14 March 2013 (UTC)Reply
