There is a map of the multiple large LNG facilities proposed to be built along the Brownsville Ship Channel [here, from Dan Paasch in Oct 2020. It seems that the multiple competitive facilities under review may be a part of the delay as to why Texas LNG delayed their go/nogo decision out to 2021, in addition to the early 2020 precipitous drop in the price of natural gas.
