I added an external link to this page and got a bot reversion notice. The previous version is here http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Term_sheet&oldid=218438509. I think the link is useful and meets the guidelines and policies of Wikipedia. For example, if you do a google search for "term sheet negotiation" this article shows up in the top 2 or 3 (well ahead of Brad Feld's bit or VentureHack which are included as external links).

That said, I think there is a conflict of interest issue (I wrote the article). And while I derive no monetary value from post, I've learned the appropriate way to deal w/ this is to discuss on the talk page and see if someone else wants to post.
