The name Teman is encountered several times in the Old Testament of the Bible.

Teman was one of the sons of Eliphaz. (Genesis 36:11, 15, 42; 1 Chronicles 1:36, 53)

Teman was the location of one of the acquaintances of Job in the old testament. Eliphaz is said to be from the city of Teman. (Job 2:11). This may have been a city in Edom, southeast of the Dead Sea, named after the son of Eliphaz. (Jeremiah 49:7, 20; Ezekiel 25:13; Amos 1:12; Obadiah 1:9; Habakuk 3:3)
