I believe there may be confusion between two individuals named Ted Harding. I have contemporaneous evidence suggesting the Manly rugby league player is a different person from the individual later described as a federal MP. I would like to request review of whether these identities have been conflated. There was a Ted Harding who played 1 A grade game for Manly NSW, I believe this person might have played for a QLD team as there is a manly in QLD. ~2026-38368-60 (talk) 06:33, 6 July 2026 (UTC)Reply

Yes the politician Ernest Harding is a different person to the Manly Rugby League player Ted Harding in Sydney, Ted Harding the League player was born in 1932 and is still alive living in Sydney.
