Wow, that was quick and so much appreciated. Is it permanent? Also, when you do a search on my name the Wikipedia link still has the old photo on it how can this be changed? Ted Barton (talk) 16:23, 11 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

As long as nobody changes it afterward, then... it won't change. No guarantees, but since this image is more recent it probably won't be changed for a while. Regarding the tiny thumbnail that shows up when you search your name on Wikipedia, you'll have to wait a bit for the thumbnails to update (around ~10 minutes or so?). monkey_smashing^keyboards (talk) 16:26, 11 March 2026 (UTC)Reply

I can not tell you how much you have helped and made me happy. I was struggling to understand how to get this done with so many rules, restrictions and complicated explanations.
