Who validates it? Where is it run? How widespread is its recognition? etc. BrainyBabe (talk) 16:09, 1 May 2008 (UTC)Reply

Cambridge ESOL validates it. The test has to be taken at an authorized centre, which can be found in 71 countries according to the website. Interest here in Indonesia is growing because of the high value attached to "international certification", but I think that counts as Wikipedia:No original research...
