Tatra is also a mountain range on the borders of Poland and Slovakia; the car brand was no doubt named after it. I'll make a disambiguation page for it. jheijmans
There's another Tatra - Tatra Industries, which apparently went bankrupt in 1988. It had previously acquired Cory-Wright & Salmon, a New Zealand engineering firm. I'm trying to find out if it was related to the Tatra truck manufacturing company. Slcaruba 05:35, 7 May 2007 (UTC)
