Tatjana in Dutch?

In the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking Belgium, the "diminutive" Tanja is far more common than Tatjana. And yes, these people are officially called Tanja, not Tatjana. Note that in Belgium, the dominant spelling used to be Tania. That spelling is now almost restricted to Walloonia. The form Tanja is also common now in Germany. Again, there it is an official name, not a diminutive.
