This is indeed a fascinating topic that deserves more spotlight. Having said that, I am in the unfortunate position to quickfail (WP:QF) as it has multiple issues based on the GA criteria and IMO considerable work is required to address them all. Briefly, major issues include:

1. WP:QF#3: cleanup banners (there are simply too many of them, see MOS:IMAGEREL & Less is more)
2. Unsupported statements: make sure that every paragraph ends with a citation.
3. Please familiarize with WP:MOS, e.g., WP:SANDWICH, WP:CITEFOOT, etc.
4. Avoid single sentence paragraphs.
