Text or other creative content from Takshang was copied or moved into Takchang. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.

Takchang is the older article, and Takshang was changed from a redirect in 2015. Articles are extremely similar and there might not be any content that can be added to Takchang. Sjö (talk) 12:02, 19 February 2016 (UTC)Reply

Support merge; same place and almost identical pages. I note that merge templates were removed without discussion or edit comment by शर्मा प्रितम दुलाल (talk · contribs) on:

Perhaps this was because the proposal was stale with no support? However, I do feel that the pages are so similar that the case for a merge seems straightforward. I've re-proposed the merge. Klbrain (talk) 16:39, 3 January 2018 (UTC)Reply

Merge completed Articles were duplicates of each other, with barely any difference. Don't know which article had the content first, but as this article as a larger history, this one survives the merge. Trim02 (talk) 22:46, 5 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
