The link you provided says the text is copyrighted "© 2002 – 2007 Last.fm Ltd". I cannot find any indication that Last.fm is under the GFDL. Their terms and conditions seem to say differently. Regarding the speedy deletion, he doesn't meet the criteria as there are some sources from organisations such as the BBC . He's also worked closely with Shy FX a lot, who is one of the larger names in DnB (although I know that this doesn't nessecarily indicate notability on its own).
