Quality ratings by Leapfrog

In the quality section, it mentions that they've received top scores from LeapFrog - but if you look at the LeapFrog pages of California Pacific Medical Center as of 2018, many of them show a grade of C - e.g. HospitalSafetyGrade.org Davies Campus and LeapFrog profile page LeapFrog profile page Davies shows a bunch of failures to respond. Request for edit: Add 2021 Medicare Advantage False Claims Act Settlement

I work with Keller Grover LLP’s marketing team and am submitting this request on their behalf to help ensure the Sutter Health article remains accurate and complete. To comply with Wikipedia’s conflict-of-interest (COI) and paid editing guidelines, I am not making the edit directly but instead posting it here for review by independent editors.

Currently, the “Legal actions” section omits a major federal case — a 2021 False Claims Act (FCA) settlement related to Medicare Advantage billing practices. This case is distinct from the antitrust settlements already listed and is a matter of public record.
