Citations, sources, copy editing

I continued the nascent copy editing and soon observed that this article has problems beyond copy editing. Much significant material is either poorly sourced or un-sourced. I am unfamiliar with tagging and applying the proper templates, so please excuse and consider instructing me regarding the proper application of such measures if I have incorrectly done so.
