Feedback from New Page Review process

[edit]

I left the following feedback for the creator/future reviewers while reviewing this article: WP:NPOL pass, great start! :)

Just clarifying my reasoning on this one - WP:NPOL states that "Politicians who have held... state-wide office" as presumed to be notable, and presently (despite some minor sourcing issues) it is referenced in the article that he has held state-wide offices in the Hanford Site Cleanup Board and Department of Energy (there is also an unreferenced claim in the Infobox that he was a member of the House of Representatives for Oregon, which if true also signifies a pass). His role as auditor is only county-wide so doesn't count for NPOL, but it's a pass per his state-wide office. :) MolecularPilotTalk 11:13, 19 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
His role as a member of the house is actually confirmed by the Votesmart citation, among with all the other information in the infobox. Therefore this is a clear pass as vote smart is considered reliable per this RSN discussion. MolecularPilotTalk 11:16, 19 March 2025 (UTC)Reply
