The ALL CAPS version of this company name is not attached to any known acronym and is almost assuredly an in-house stylization. Independent sources ignore the ALL CAPS. Forcing ALL CAPS even forced an inaccurate change to a citation title, a pretty clear sign that it shouldn't be done. See Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Capital letters.
