In my opinion, Sri Lankan has a primary topic: relating to Sri Lanka. There is no language, ethnicity or other important entity called Sri Lankan, with the possible exception of SriLankan Airlines. Therefore I don't think it meets the requirements set out at Wikipedia:Disambiguation. I suggest a redirect to Sri Lanka, where the reader can find a summary of the country's politics, music, sport, etc. with links to more detailed articles where appropriate.
