Photo : A better picture for an arch is needed to avoid confusion (the current window photo has a very pathetic arch). Preferably, we should use some kind of portal, see the (cited) Calvo-Lopez' book (Ox Horn) for example.

Expand to "Splay (architecture)"?

The splayed arches are typically related to splayed window openings. Decent interwikis exist, see de:Gewände. The reason not to do it also exists, see the current WP:disambiguation Splay (architecture) - it has few meanings very far from wall openings that are trapezoid in plan.
