Conunty or Assembly?

The appropiate term would be Assembly, not Council, as 'közgyűlés/gyűlés' means assembly, while council is translated as 'tanács'. Futhermore, there is a discrapency in the wiki, some counties have councils, others have assembly, however, there is no distinction in the Hungarian designations; all are called közgyűlés (assembly).
