How much influence on pay?

[edit]

It would be nice to know how many employees are paid by the contracts of the partnership and in which sectors. --Larsenat (talk) 16:17, 28 January 2010 (UTC)Reply

Austria Socialpartnership

[edit]

The similar Austrian "Sozialpartnerschaft" should be mentioned too. --80.121.47.247 (talk) 00:56, 25 February 2010 (UTC)Reply

Needs a lot of work

[edit]

The article needs a lot of work from a number of aspects. Firstly it is solely about the Irish "partnership" process between 1987 and 2009, a broader article on the concept of of such agreements from an internataional perspective is also required (as per point above re Austria). Secondly it is incomplete. Each of the partnership deals deserves an article on its own and the article does not have enough references or links. Thirdly it doesn't reflect the current situation post the collapse of partnership or mention the Croke Park Agreement which while it isn't a pay agreement does have elements of a partnership style deal and is a matter of major current controversy in Ireland.
