I think the title is a nod to the famous phrase "Worthwhile Canadian Initiative"
[edit]"Worthwhile Canadian Initiative" was the title of a New York Times article about US-Canada free trade, and it also won a contest at The New Republic as the most boring headline ever. I believe it is an exemplar of Canadian understatement, and I suspect that the show's writers were aware of this phrase when they came up with their similarly understated title. ~2026-34958-64 (talk) 21:40, 14 June 2026 (UTC)
