I am an employee of Skaleet and I am disclosing this conflict of interest as required by Wikipedia's COI guidelines. I am not requesting to add promotional content, but to correct and update factual information that is currently outdated or missing. All claims below are sourced from independent press coverage.

**1. Company overview (update)**

Skaleet is a SaaS company headquartered in Paris, operating in the next-generation core banking industry. It provides an API-first, real-time, cloud-native core banking platform serving banks and financial services providers across Europe and Africa. The company employs approximately 120 FTEs, is deployed in 15 countries, and serves around 30 customers including Tier 1 banks and listed fintechs.

**2. History and funding (update/addition)**

Skaleet was co-founded by Hervé Manceron and Yves Eonnet. Its core banking platform was first deployed in 2015. In early 2021, Long Arc Capital, a growth equity fund specializing in software, acquired a majority stake in the company (total investment of approximately €50M to date). Since early 2024, the company is led by CEO Martin Della Chiesa.
