Clarification on whether Sint-Agatha-Rode is a “town”
[edit]The article currently refers to Sint-Agatha-Rode as a “rural residential town.” However, according to the infobox the population is about 1,500 (as of 2006). This seems quite small for the use of the word town, even if it has grown significantly since then.
Would it be more accurate to describe Sint-Agatha-Rode as a village or hamlet instead? Many other Belgian localities of a similar or larger size are described that way on Wikipedia. Unless there are official Belgian administrative sources that classify it as a town, I’d suggest adjusting the wording for consistency.
Does anyone have access to authoritative sources that confirm whether Sint-Agatha-Rode is officially designated as a town, or if “village” would be the more precise description? Joe (talk) 09:02, 29 September 2025 (UTC)
