Sigynnae is a term for traider from a phokaian colonie in sicilia (magna Graecia), massilia, narbo and more (Ligurien=Ligyes), venetia at po river ([v]eneti) and different citys of black sea coast, e.g. danube delta city Harpis and Halmyris, by Tyras, Pruth river citys Borysthene and Olbia and lots more. Tn the phokaian colonie near black sea Harpis and Olbia had lived the Roxolani with "Medic costume" and Bastarnae in a skythian outfit, this all is descripted as Skythic or sarmatic.
